Well, we made it to Nashvilles mother ship on Saturday, Yazoo Brewing. They’re in a new location now at 910 Division street (gulch area) and we must say the new facility is fantastic. The only (very slight) complaint is that we wish there was a bigger outdoor seating area. If you’ve never been to the tap room you must go. The beer just tastes better straight from the source! We each had a pint of the hop project, #28 we think. It’s such a good beer for all those hop heads out there. So much bite and a great citrus rind zest at the finish. Josh continued with a second HP while Brian opted for the Pale Ale which still has a wondeful hop flavorful but is nothing compared to the monster that is Hop Project. Yazoo doesn’t do bad beer and it’s available just about anywhere you can buy beer in Nashville and several other surrounding cities. Do yourself a favor and check out the new Yazoo tap room!
